TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment

• A signed agreement is required to confirm all bookings.
• Deposits or retainers may be required depending on the service.
• Final payment must be received before delivery of any final files.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the shoot.
• Day rate, flat rate, and retainer billing structures are available; rate sheet provided during consultation.
• Payments are processed through Bloom.io/ Stripe (ACH or credit card).

Image Rights

• MGS retains the right to use select images for portfolio, marketing, social promotion, and website placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use, promotional use, or approved commercial use as outlined in their individual licensing agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
• If MGS must cancel due to an emergency, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of the deposit amount.
• Client-initiated cancellations follow the terms outlined in the signed agreement for their service type.

File Delivery & Storage

• Final files are delivered digitally via secure online gallery or download link.
• Download links expire after 14 days unless alternate arrangements are made in advance.
• MGS does not guarantee long-term storage of files; clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered materials.
