TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment

• A signed agreement is required to secure booking. Deposit required for select services.
• Final payment is due prior to final delivery of files.
• Rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours prior to shoot.

Image Rights

• MGS retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, marketing, or social promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal, promotional, or agreed-upon commercial use.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If MGS must cancel due to emergency, deposit will be refunded or rescheduled at client’s request.

File Delivery & Storage

• Files are delivered digitally via secure gallery or download link.
• Download links expire after 14 days unless alternate arrangements are made.
• Long-term storage of project files is not guaranteed.
