    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and services provided by Mickel Garrett Studios (“Photographer”).
    By booking services or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

    Services

    Mickel Garrett Studios provides photography, lighting design, and production support services. Specific deliverables are outlined in each booking or agreement.

    Booking & Payment

    • Services must be booked through approved platforms (e.g., Bloom.io)
    • Payment terms are defined at the time of booking
    • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure services
    • Services are not confirmed until payment is received

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
    • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability

    Deliverables

    • Only edited images or agreed deliverables will be provided
    • Raw files are not included unless specified
    • Delivery timelines vary by service

    Usage & Licensing

    • Photographer retains full copyright of all images
    • Clients receive a non-exclusive license for agreed usage
    • Commercial usage (ads, campaigns, resale) requires additional licensing
    • Unauthorized use is prohibited

    Creative Control

    To maintain a consistent quality and artistic standard, the Photographer retains creative control over lighting, composition, image selection, and editing style, unless otherwise discussed prior to the shoot.

    Liability

    Mickel Garrett Studios is not liable for:

    • Missed shots due to client delay or interference
    • Venue or environmental limitations
    • Technical failures beyond reasonable controlIn all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid.

    Third-Party Service

    From time to time, your project may involve third-party vendors or platforms, including studios, equipment rentals, printers, delivery services, digital tools, or independent contractors. While we make every effort to work with dependable providers, we are not responsible for delays, service failures, damages, or other issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.

    Website Use

    You agree not to:

    • Misuse or attempt to breach the website
    • Copy or distribute content without permission

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
