1. Inquiry

Reach out through the website, booking portal, or email with a brief description of your project. I’ll follow up to confirm we’re a good fit.

2. Discovery Call or Zoom

We clarify your goals, audience, timeline, usage needs, and creative direction - usually via email or a quick call. This helps shape the proposal.

3. Proposal & Agreement

Once we’re aligned on scope and direction, I’ll send a detailed proposal and service agreement. Signing and returning the agreement confirms the project.

4. Booking & Payment

A retainer or full payment is required to secure your date. Once that’s received, your shoot is officially on the calendar.

5. Prep & Planning

Creative planning, shot lists, logistics coordination (locations, permits, talent, etc.) Optional pre-light or technical walkthrough when needed

6. Shoot Day

We execute the project with intention and professionalism — lighting, pacing, direction, and collaboration with your team.

7. Post-Production

I curate, edit, and retouch your final imagery according to the package you selected. Deliverables are sent via a secure online gallery within the agreed timeframe.

8. Ongoing Partnership

Whether you need additional assets, extended usage licensing, or ongoing collaboration, I’m here to support your continued visual needs.
