Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of creative services and custom digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered. This includes but is not limited to photography sessions, digital files, editing services, consulting, lighting design, and production support.

If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, we encourage open communication and will work with you in good faith to address concerns through revisions or additional support when appropriate, based on the scope of the original agreement.

Deposits or retainers paid to reserve shoot dates, studio time, or consulting sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. In the rare event that MGS is unable to fulfill a booked service due to illness, emergency, or technical failure, clients will be offered either a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

All digital downloads, retouched images, video files, and deliverables are final once transferred. Returns do not apply to digital media or completed services.
